Pregnancy and Finding a job

I just found out i have to find a new job today. Has anyone had to find a new job while pregnant

I am just starting to show - i am 5 months pregnant - did it come up in the interview - were employers aprehensive to hire

if they didn't know did you tell them after you got an offer and before you accept or did you wait to start working

I was not going to qualify for FMLA at my present job so i was only planning 6 or 8 weeks off - is there anything else i should worry about

to be honest, at 5 months i would tell them in the interview, and they probably won't hire you. but if i hired someone who started showing a month later and hadn't told me, i would find a reason to fire her anyway. so it's a horrible situation. GL!

since you won't qualify for FMLA, they don't have to hold a job for you, so you might lose it anyway when you go out for the 6-8 weeks.

I have been searching for a job since the end of November. I have never had any trouble finding a job as i have since i have been pregnant. The fact that maternity leave will be needed really hasn't turned on any possible employers. Im still unemployed. Hopefully you have more luck.

I am in a similar situation, but I am not going to look for a job until after the baby comes. I genuinely don't think anyone would hire me knowing that I am about to have the baby.
