Provera

After a D&C in June, Provera was prescribe to bring on AF.

it's been super heavy and more painful than usual. Is this usual, unusual?

How long does it last if taken Provera before? I'm on like day 5, AF for me is usually 4 days max.

Why did the prescribe provera? I haven't heard of that unless it was taking an exceptionally long time to get AF but not sure if you have wacky cycles?

Anyway I did not have provera after my D&C but can say my first two periods were awful. Lots of bleeding and cramping.

I did have estrogen followed by provera after lap surgery and I believe that period was awful too. But the estrogen built my lining like crazy so I expected it to be bad.
