Pumping bras
Sorry if this was posted before, search is not giving me results.
Are those pumping bras any good? I am able to pump enough for both babies and have a double pump. Right now I cant use the double pump, can't hold both at once because I have to massage while pumping to get most of the milk to come out, so am using it as a single. I would obviously save so much time if I could do both boobs at once.
So has anyone used those bras that hold the pump? Where did you get it and what brand, and how is the sizing?

Re: Pumping bras
I didn't try the one posted above, but the one I got was a type of velcro with zippers, annoyed me to no end, and waste of money. I ened up taking a old tight shelfbra tank and cut slits in it, I wore a cardigan over it at home.

Re: Pumping bras
I have this one and I have no complaints. I use it all the time when I pump at work.
You definitely need one...its a lifesaver! Pumping one breast at a time is so time consuming.
Congratulations!

I have this one also and really like it! You can adjust it too which is nice. I am a dork and read reviews on everything and this got the best ones. I tried to cut holes in my sports bras but just never felt it was secure enough.
Here's a link if you wanna read reviews. Bra

Re: Pumping bras
Just make your own! Just cut a small hole by the nipple in the bra. Works perfectly!

Re: Pumping bras
I have the Easy Expressions pumping bra and I love it. It makes pumping so much more bearable when your hands are free.

I took a class with a lactation consultant and this is the one she recommended too.

I did that too. It also helps you to pump longer-which for me was good because I had to pump for a good 20-25 mins to get what I needed

Re: Pumping bras
sit down, bend forward and try placing the bottles on your thighs while you pump and hold your breasts and not the bottles. I know it might sound crazy, but this is how I pump. I'm able to pump both sides at the same time and massage them.

Re: Pumping bras
I just took an old sports bra, cut two holes and use it like a pumping bra. It works great, and did not cost me a thing.

This is what I did too and it worked fine...and I am NOT a handy-person
