Question about Adding yogurt to a baby's diet..
Can I give ds yo baby alone or should I mix some with cereal?

I gave it to her alone. Although only for 2 days b/c she had a reaction.

alone but i started with the drinkable kind. actually, we had to give him yogurt because the doctor wanted to test to see if he still has a milk protein allergy. he loves yogurt but we are still being cautious with dairy.
