Question about breast milk and bottle feeding

Is it ok to combine the contents of 2 bags in one bottle? Some of my frozen milk bags have less than others.

Re: Question about breast milk and bottle feeding

Yes, as long as they are the same temp when they are combined. If you took 2 freezer bags, and defrosted them, it would be fine to combine them into one bottle at that point. You just shouldn't combine, say a freshly pumped bag into a bag of frozen milk. Or a refrigerated bag into a freshly pumped bag, because the temperature change can cause bacteria to grow.
