Question about traveling to Disney World/Cruise with a 4 & 2 year olds...
I just had some questions. I will be traveling to Disney World & on a Disney Cruise later this year. My kids will be 4 and 2. I am just concerned about car seats. We are using traveling services to get to and from airports. I know that there is something called the ‘Magical Express’. How does this work with car seats? I cannot imagine carrying around car seats on a cruise and then to Disney World for 2 weeks! I was just thinking of traveling on the monorails and Disney buses and never thought about car seats! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Even just from our house to the airport, what do shuttle buses/car services do to accommodate little ones?

If you are not renting a car, then I would not bring the car seats. There is so little room on the cruise and the Disney bus is great for transport between the airport and WDW.

agreed. if you are not renting a car, you wont need a car seat. kids just sit on your lap in the shuttle buses or monorail

If you are using the disney transportation ME and the cruise transfers you are not allowed to use car seats and they would be stored under the bus. Honestly unless you are renting a car there is no need to bring them.
Etd to add the reason no carseats on the bus is coach buses have no seat belts.

Well that is the issue you here all the time on here. Choices are:
1) take your own car to the airport
2) have friend or relative drive you leave seats with them
3) take carservice arrange in advance to use their seats
4) take carseats and arrange for car service to hold seats until you return
5) take your own seats in car service then check with luggage the seats. You won't have to carry them in the airport and ME will deliver them to your room with your luggage. I would guess you could check them with your bags to the cruise. But you will be stuck with them all week in your hotel and cruise room.
