Question about turning in a lease early

So I currently have a Chevy Impala. I have had it for about 14 months. With baby #2 on the way, I would LOVE to get another Trailblazer or a Chevy Equinox. Since I plan to stay with Chevy, does this impact my ability to turn my lease in early?

Please tell me this is doable Chat Icon

Re: Question about turning in a lease early

It may be since you're going into a larger payment with them. But they may tell you to wait till you're closer to the end of your lease. Call and ask - it can't hurt. Just be careful to make sure they don't roll the balance of your current lease into the new one. The Trailblazers are nice!

They usually only let you out 2 months early if you get another GM car, you need to find someone to take it over.

What ever payments you have left will get rolled into your new car payment.

How long is your lease? 14 months into it seems very early and of you are able to get out of it, it will cost you a lot!

Re: Question about turning in a lease early

They may let your turn it in but they would roll negative equity in to the new lease or car loan, I would guess.
