Question for Milk allergy moms
So now that my 10 wk old has a milk allergy does that mean that she needs a special kind of cereal? What cereal did you start you DC on and when?
What about as they get older? Do we have to avoid products that have whey and cassien b/c so many foods have these proteins. Sorry for all the questions I'm just so confused

I've found it pretty easy to find non-dairy everything, you just have to read the labels. For special things, sometimes I have to go to Wild by Nature or a health food store, but very rarely.
