Question for mom's that had c-section
I'm 4 weeks post-op and am suddenly having pain in my lower stomach above my incison. The incision looks fine. I'm thinking that the insides ae healing and that's what I'm feeling. Going to the OB this week to check it out. Anyone else experience this?

I think I still had pain but more at the incision site underneath. It does eventually go away.

Good thing you're getting it checked out so your Doc can let you know if it's normal. I'm about 12 weeks PP. It took a while to feel better, but it's still tender sometimes depending on what I'm wearing. Took a while to put on a pair of jeans. LOL! It does get better.

OMG YES!! I had this burning sensation everytime I lifted my leg. I kept looking at the incision but there was nothing wrong. When I went to the dr for my checkup I mentioned this to him and he said there is another internal incision under the external incision - that's the pain you are feeling and it's healing.
