question for Summer Best View monitor users
I got this for my shower. The box was all taped up as if maybe it was returned to the store. I am using it for the 1st time right now and she is in her crib. It is pretty light in there right now even with the lights off and the monitor is showing in black and white. I thought it was supposed to color? I know it will be black and white at night time b/c of the night vision but why isn't it in color now?
Is yours color? I am trying to see if there is something wrong with mine or if this is just how it is
TIA

IT is color but not like a TV monitor. Fool around with the lightness gauge.

during the day my monitor is very colorful but i think it has to do with the room too.. the kids room is really bright , i dont have the blackout curtains or anything.

during the day it's color, but not full color and bright. some colors stick out more than others. when I make the room just a little darker it's black and while and always black and white at night

Mine does that too...it needs to be very bright in the room for it to show any color. it is pretty dreary out today so there is no sunlight to help brighten up the room. If there are curtains up, it will also have an effect on the color..After the baby wakes up, turn on a light in the room and see if that helps..
