Re: Question for the ladies
I used to work out regularly....but not so much anymore. Or should I say, not at all anymore. I've become so lazy when it comes to exercise and it's starting to catch up with me.

Re: Question for the ladies
I do crunches, leg lifts and butt lifts everyday but I don't think that qualifies for "working out".

Re: Question for the ladies
No. This summer both kids will be in camp for a few hours a few days a week and I'm going to the gym. I can't wait, I hate looking like this.

Re: Question for the ladies
I used to run daily until my OB told me no strenuous activity.
I can't wait to get #2 out so I can hit the pavement again.

Re: Question for the ladies
I havent worked out in 3 weeks.
I was sick and then quit my gym since we'll be moving soon and it will be too far away
I feel horible and need to find a new one once we relocated

Re: Question for the ladies
I used to work out regularly, but haven't since I went back to grad school. I am pretty lucky though, only I can really tell the difference...I still look the same in clothes...without clothes...well...

Re: Question for the ladies
I do, but only for the last few months. I go to the gym and have to say that I really hate every minute of it. However, I keep doing it because of all the heart disease in my family and the fact that I really do feel better afterwards. If I could only figure a way to like it.

Re: Question for the ladies
If running around after 3 kids counts as exercise, then I've been getting my regularly!

Re: Question for the ladies
I used the eliptical 3 times a week up until I got pg. My midwife asked that I stop doing it and just walk, but I haven't done a thing!

Re: Question for the ladies
We have an entire weight room - plus an elliptical, a treadmill and a small exercise bike. I have all the resources in the world, but I use them so irregularly. I used to be such a work out buff too! I think I need to get back on it!
