ha...nope.

but...i was inspired by that post a few days ago about pole dancing. i looked into it and might do it. I need it to be fun to do it.

I would love to...but I get up at 5am to go to work, leave the house by 6:30. Then I leave work, pick up my daughter, get home by 5, play with her, feed her dinner, eat my dinner and play with her until she goes to bed at 8:30.
So there is literally no time for me to work out.
Hopefully, when she gets a little older....or over the summer.

Yes! I just finished a total body shaping class that was 5x a week for 10 weeks.

Yes 4-5 times a week. I have to for my ticker. Chat Icon
cardio 3-4 times per week
yoga 1-2 times per week

I used to work out every day...for the last couple of years, for various reasons, I have only been walking the dog in the woods every day for 1/2 an hour or so.

I answered yes but I have slacked since October because of some back procedures I had done. I plan to get back on track after the holidays.

Yes. I do TaeBo several times a week. But, we just got our basement finished with a new gym included and DH bought me a treadmill for Xmas and we already have an elliptical...so I am very excited b/c I will def be working out more regularly now.

Yes. I weight train and do cardio reguarly. It helps to alleviate the winter blues.
