QUESTION on BD/IUI time sensitive

I triggered around 12 am last night (this morning). Then we BD'd. I am beginning to feel the onset of O cramps (in past cycles they are INTENSE, and this cycle I will be O'ing 8!). IUI is tomorrow at 7:30 am. Should I BD tonight, too???

I am extra crazy bc this is our last IUI.

i would not, because you want the count as high as possible the day of your IUI. Good luck!

My LH had already started to rise, and trust me - I KNOW O pains - it is not pleasant. I am feeling the beginnings of it now.
