Questions about Ultrascreen
Hi,
I'm going for my ultrascreen today.
What exactly do they do?
Do they give you the results immediately?? If not, how long does it take?

No, they have to send the test out.
You first go for the sono where they take measurements, then you go to an appointment where they prick your finger, and collect the blood on a paper form thing. Then they send it out for testing.
You should get the results at your next appt.

This is exactly it, but my dr's office called like a week later to say the results came back fine. Some offices call, some don't. I would ask when you go if they are going to call with the results.
