quick question. Does anyone have HIP as their insurance?
If so, do you get those "Explaination of Benefits" statements in the mail? Do you keep them for any length of time? Should I be keeping my dad's? He gets a ton of them but so far everything has been covered. I look them over but if everything appears OK can I shred them?

I get them and if everything looks correct I throw them away.
Im sure if for any reason you ever needed a copy you could call and request it.
