Quick resume wording question
What's a good way to say that I have some knowledge of a program? Moderate?
TIA
ETA: instead of saying "Proficient and listing those things, I could just list all skills as "Skills," couldn't I?

Skills: Computer literate on Macs and PCs: MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, PeopleSoft, Quark, Dreamweaver, PageMaker, C, Cobol, C++, HTML, etc..
