I just cook it in chicken broth (or veggie) and add carrots peas or whatever veggies I have around HTH

I cook it in lower sodium borth- I like beef broth better then the chicken it adds more flkvor, I add garlic powder,onion powder, parsley, lemon herb seasonings whatever I have in the pantry. HTH

This is my favorite for quinoa tabobouleh. I tend to swap red onion for the green and add some feta cheese. Great summer recipe!http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Quinoa-Tabbouleh/Detail.aspx
