There's a Strongman competitor from Norway or Sweden whose name is Magnus VerMagnusen (sp?) My DW and I love that name... 
There was a host of a quiz show called Mastermind in the UK and his name was Magnus Magnuson

When I was younger I didn't love my name, because it was so common (another Jennifer here). But I do like it and it totally fits me. So I wouldn't want to change it.
But your question was if you had to change it: I would change it to Emily or Madeline.

I love my name, Noreen but if I had to change it, I love my middle name even more. So I would make Shannon, which is my middle name, my first name.

Ditto. If anything, I'd shorten it to what everyone calls me anyway - Tricia.
My mother almost named me Madeline. I don't think I look like a Madeline, or Maddy.
I love the name Emma too but it doesn't fit me.

my name is Elisa. I like my name, but people just have no idea how to say it. So I would like to change it to a spelling that a good portion of the population could say. It is pronouned E-Lisa. say e then say lisa.

I never like my name growing up. Still not a fan of it But I never really thought of another name.... I loved the name Amelia and wanted my daughter to have that name, so since she doesn't, I'd chose that.
