Can you recommend a real estate agent that would come and give an estimate on the value of our house and what they think we'd need to update in order to sell faster for better profit?

She is on here & is very well informed & knows her stuff..
I'd suggest my mom (who is my current agent) but she hasn't done one of those in awhile, I think.
