I am having like 16 ppl over this weekend and i want a red meat option what should I make???

Fajitas! The easiest, cheapest and most delicious. Get tortillas in bulk, whatever stiffing you like for your fajitas, like avocado, lettice, shreded cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, tomatoes. Marinate the steak--flank or skirt-using fajitas steak marinate (I usually find them on line), throw it on the grill et voila!!! Always a crowd pleaser!

marinated skirt steak! Get it at BJ's great prices and great meat! then marinate it the night before!
