Anyone who has rented a doppler - did you think it was worth it?

We have one and love it! I can now usually find the heartbeat within a minute, but my little one doesn't like to be disturbed apparently and is always scooching away.
I'm a nervous nelly in between Dr. appointments. I love hearing my baby's heartbeat whenever I want.

Not really - I sent mine back 3 months early.....once you feel the baby start moving it isn't as cool to really listen anymore IMO.

We only rented it for 3 months. I'll send it back when I hit my 3rd trimester. I'm 18 weeks today and haven't yet felt the baby move.

I have one, and I am glad that I did. I agree, once you start feeling the baby moving around, you dont need it necessarily. But every now and then when I dont feel  moving around, I will put it on for 5 seconds.
I loved having it in the weeks before I could feel her moving around. But that's just me...

I rented one for 2 months. I just wanted to hear the heartbeat once so I could record it and then that was it For me this time it wasn't worth it.
With DS I used it a lot more because I had more free time to sit there and listen to it but not now
