RP: WWYD bassinet in basement
I think i made up my mind already about what I want to do but thought i would ask your opinions. We have a bassinet that was int he basement, which is a wet basement. It did not get wet but the basement had major flooding issues and was damp for a long time and has that musty smell. Would you:
Try to wash everything in the bassinet and use it
Replace everything except the bars (if there is even replacements you can get) Please let me know if there is!
Buy a whole new bassinet?

i'd wash it first, give it some time, and if its smelly after that, toss.

I'd probably buy a new one. It's better safe than sorry with a newborn IMO when it comes to something like that.

thanks ladies, any other feedback would be appreciated! DH said to just air it out and wash it, but I dont want to risk it with a newborn.
