About every 400 miles that i log. Sometimes earlier sometimes later depending on when I feel my sneakers are done.

400 miles is a good number, but I try to squeak 500 out of them.
I have heard if you alternate 2 pairs, they will last longer...I keep thinking about doing this, but I'm too lazy to do it

I try to stick to 500 miles....sometimes I go above this even though I know I shouldn't. I am probably at about 500 now - I think I should take my own advice and get a new pair....
