See Kai Run Sale & Sizing question

They are having a 3 day sale with a lot of markdowns----those who have bought them, how do they run? My son currently wears a 5.5W in StrideRite shoes and I am not sure if I should get the 5 or 6 for the summer----my friend told me she thought they ran bigger.

My daughter wears these shoes...
She currently wears see Kai run, stride rite, nike and shoo shoes and they are all a size 8.. Orignally I thought they ran big but considering all her shoes are the same size I would say no.
They have a printable size chart online that is very helpful..
I bought shoes from the last sale.. My daughter is in a size 8 since January/ February I bought a 9 for summer... Looks like they will be too big... They need to sell half sizes...
If he is close to coming out of the 5.5 I would say go with a 6. but check that chart...

I will tell you that these are the absolute best shoes ever...
