Re: September Mommies check in...
We've got a list of boy's names -- DH hasn't been to eager to narrow it down yet.
As for girls -- I've had one picked out for as long as I can remember. DH likes it too, but nothing is set in stone.

I love that name! I was thinking of Andrew but its my sisters EX husbands name so that wouldn't have been good! And DH and I were set on Nicholas for a while for a first name, but we decided to use DH's name instead! Good choices!!

Re: September Mommies check in...
Hey Girls, I love this thread! I think I felt my first kicks this week. So exciting. I am noticing a lot more baby movement during the day now. I just love that! We have our level 2 on Tuesday, I still think I am leaning towards not finding out...but who knows if temptation will get the best of me! I started my registry last weekend (easy stuff like bedding) and got a pretty good idea on cribs that I like. 19 weeks tomorrow! Time is starting to fly! Feel well ladies! Christy

I'm on a huge ice cream kick, I have to have it at least once a day.
I'm like this too!
I'm feeling so good & my belly is huge (me & dh love it though). I've been doing a lot of shopping & just feel a little more tired than usual.
We go for the level 2 monday evening.
ETS: I haven't felt any strong kicks yet and I've only thought of girls names b/c I really want a girl. Dh is being stubborn about names. He only like Imani (which I hate) & I like Selena.

Re: September Mommies check in...
Update: I had a separate thread on this but I love this one!
At 22 weeks I was able to feel a kick from the outside for the 1st time! Now that I felt it once, it happens all the time. I LOVE it!

Re: September Mommies check in...
Hello Mommies, Hope everyone is feeling well! I am 20 weeks today...HAPPY HALFWAY POINT! I had my level 2 this week and decided to be surprised about the sex. Dh is finally getting over it! I am almost done with my registry, and I ordered my crib and baby dresser. So things are going well. We barely discuss names because we can't agree at all! I think we are going to try to pick a color for the nursery soon. Oh and I started feeling some kicks two weeks ago, but now I feel movement more often. That is a great feeling! How is everyone else doing? Christy

Re: September Mommies check in...
Hi ladies what have I missed. I am 24 wks 5 dys today and I am absolutely miserable. Baby is definitely getting bigger at her last biophysical at 23 weeks she weighd 1pd 20z which put her back on track. Our next scan is friday and we are looking for symetrical continued growth. She kicks me in my bladder constantly or under my stomach. She doesnt like the doppler or when daddy touches her head or tush through my belly.
Mommy on the other hand is in hell. On Friday I am officially on soft eggs for breakfast and broth for other meals until my gastroparesis lets up or baby drops. I developed hypersalivation so I look like a rabid doggie-not able to talk except for short sentences without throwing up. I have graduated to a painful empty stomach and my doctor lovingly told me it will get worse. Although its tough, feeling her kick helps me get through the day.

You are truly an inspiration I think to all of us on here...I don't think any of our pregnancies' aches and pains measure up to what you have been going through. You are a very strong individual and I think most people would have given up by now...but not you, you're going strong, even though you keep on getting knocked down. I'm so happy the baby is doing well and please try to hang in there...you're past the half-way mark...a few more weeks...
