Shortness of breath while laying down trying to sleep
Im so frustrated. Here I am at 12:20 in the morning trying to sleep and I can't!!!!! I can't take a deep breath UGH!!!!!! I dont know if it's a pregnancy thing or what, Anyone else having this problem?

I notice that when I am laying in bed at night I have trouble taking in a big, deep breath. I think it's because the baby and my uterus are so much bigger now that it's compressing all of my organs up into my chest so it does make it harder to breathe at times. It's all part of the fun!!

Try sleeping on your left side...that is the best for blood flow to the uterus and should make you feel better!

That's what I did too and it helps. Feel better! It would scare me so I would have to sit up, catch my breath and then lay down.

oh yeah this is normal and gets worse as baby gets bigger. If you lay on your left side this shoudl help. dont lay on your back.
