wow, this breaks my heart because ive been through some serious familial issues as well..and can definately relate..my sister and i have gone years without speaking, and i havent gotten to see my nephew...my mother and i are ALWAYS on and off again..(shes been much better lately) and my sister and my dad havent spoken in 13 years except for 2 or 3 times..
its such a shame..and something i try everyday to make sure NEVER is an option for my son..i feel like it makes me so strong though, dont you? I feel like i totally overcomenpensate for my son and husband, AND i think its totally worth it, and couldnt be any other way :) keep your head up..
