since we have been talking hospitals, WWYD
Ok so I love my dr, she isn't a obgyn, but she is a nurse practioner and a midwife. I have been going to her for a few years, and really really like her.
Well I recently found out that the hopsital I would deliver at, is one I would prefer not too. I also know that if I have to have a c section, she will be unable to do that,( which I am ok with, BC I know the Dr who would be doing it if needed)
so my questions is do I stay there and just suck it up about the hospital, or do I find a new obgyn
ETA: She would in the room with me if i where to need a c section

It depends. My midwife would be unable to do a c-section also. But, I am okay with that since she would scrub in and stay with me. I wasn't thrilled with NUMC but once I went to see it my opinion totally changed.
What is about the hospital that you don't like? Is it a saftey issue?
IMO. It is more important to have a great relationship with the health care provider.

I wanted to deliver at a different hospital, but I love the practice I go to. In the end, I was pregnant and under their care for 9 months, and only in the hospital for a few days. I didn't switch b/c of this reasoning.

There really isnt anything wrong with the hospital, is just not as well know as another hospital for delivery.

I agree.
edited to add: unless you're high risk, then the hospital would be of utmost importance to me.
