Single or Double Oven
Does anyone have a freestanding double oven like the ones below? Not sure if we should go with a double or regular single.
Also, anyone LOVE their appliances?? Do you have all the same brand or different ones depending on what you liked best for each appliance? We're redoing our kitchen and there are so many of each appliance to choose from, so daunting

Single or Double Oven
I would just check the dimensions on the double oven...not sure if you host many holidays, but you want to be sure you can fit a big turkey or ham in at least one of them!!

Thanks for the reply...and yes, definitely! There are several that have one oven large enough for big things like turkey and then a smaller one on top. I like that you can bake things at the same time at two different temps. eta:

Re: Single or Double Oven
Keep in mind that with this kind of double oven, that last picture, you would have to virtually be on the floor to get that turkey out. I found the bottom oven door gets very close to the floor and seems somewhat dangerous, especially if you have a tight kitchen or kids around. I just don't think these kinds of double ovens are worth it. We have a double wall oven and are very happy with it. Do you have space for a wall oven?
ETA: We re-did our kitchen less than a year ago and chose all LG appliances. DH wanted everything to match and we did a lot of research on Consumer reports for ratings and reviews. The one item I am not happy with, AT ALL, is the dishwasher. Otherwise, we got a 30" 5 burner gas cook top, double wall oven, french door fridge with bottom freezer, microwave with hood, and dishwasher in SS. PC Richards.
