sit and stand strollers...please tell me about them

Talia refuses to sit in the stroller about 80% of the time. When she doesn't want to sit she wants to stand on the back of the stroller and hold on to the handles...it's just not practical or safe...sooo I thought maybe if I got a sit and stand - she could do either one...thoughts?? Which strollers do you recommend?

I have a Baby Trend Sit N Stand that I got from One Step Ahead. You can try it out at Target. BRU carries one by Joovy.

You might want to just get this for your stroller since it's less than a Sit N Stand costs Buggy Board

Although I think the buggy board is a great idea - I guess I was also kind of hoping I could use the sit and stand as my double stroller when the time comes for #2.

The one step ahead catalog had some attachment for a regular stroller that allows a child to stand!

I have the Joovy Caboose. I intended to get it as an interim double stroller situation while DS2 was still in the infant seat, and planned to get a side-by-side double when he outgrew it.

I ended up loving it! DS1 has been so good standing on the back and he feels more like a big boy.

I think it will only work if you have a kid who isn't prone to running off. DS1 is a pretty good listener when we're out in public, so he stays put.

I have the Sit n Stand by Baby Trend and I LOVE IT!!! So easy and now the new one has a parent tray. Target sells it for the cheapest.

I love it so much that I am ordering the new Double Sit n Stand by Joovy. I have a newborn, an 18 month old and a 4 year old. I NEED to keep my 18 month ols strapped in or she would bolt from me and my 4 year old loves to walk and hike but does still get tired sometimes so he likes to stand while I push.

I say buy it and you won't regret it!
