So frustrating
We've had some sleeping issues with Emma the past month...not wanting to go or get in bed. She's been falling asleep on the couch. Friday night tried to get her back in routine. Bought stars and moon to shine on celing. I stood on floor in her room first night for 2 hrs and each night seemed better. Yesterday she had a bad cold and was run down. Tried to get in her in bed no luck. She fell asleep on couch cause I knew she wasn't feeling good. This morning she woke up at 530 crying and wouldn't go back to bed. Normally shell hang out in her bed. This morning she left her room then layed on the kitchen floor. I can see age doesn't feel good but it is sooooo frustrating when your child can't tell you what's wrong? Are they scared? What's hurting them? I dong know what to do to make it better.

Re: So frustrating
The non verbal communication is really really hard. I never know what hurts DS. Ears, throat, etc... He cannot tell me. I have to treat like he is an infant.
