So I have an update
After hearing that there were no heartbeats, just 2 empty sacs on Saturday I had to go back to my RE again today for bloodwork, another ultrasound, and to discuss recurring miscarriage panel and next steps. During ultrasound we saw, clear as day, one tiny baby with a strong heartbeat  WE STILL HAVE A BABY!!!! He must have been hidden behind all the blood clots. OMG!! WE HAVE A BABY IN THERE!!!!
