well we knew a bit of what we were getting into. it was def a fixer upper..

-- We could figure out the reason for the smell in the bathroom, the previous owners had 2 carpets in thebathroom. Chat Icon When we ripped them up we saw pee encrusted around the toliet. But that was only the begg. when we ripped out the toilet we found that the waste pipe was cracked and pee and toilet water was leaking out on to the tile and carpet everytime they flushed. - We found when ripping down the paneling that a whole window had been made smaller and the wall was warping from moisture damage.

we still dont know why they never had a washer and dryer

Chat Icon we have one and it works fine.

They have placed stickers- yes stickers on the kitchen counters covering up holes in the laminate.

That we should of gutted the whole house instead of room for room.

The house was worse off than we thought and

That the previous owner did alot of the work himself and was not very good at it, electric, taking out the window, wallpaper on top of wallpaper! He did a good job. Chat Icon
