Sod Installed & Wood Stairs are DONE!!! (pics) UPDATED 6-16-10
I almost love our backyard now. We still have fencing to replace and some repairs to the 2nd floor deck & some staining of the stairs. Will update pics as the projects are finished. 
 I can't believe I finally have nice grass after almost 3 years of owning the house. We are thrilled. 
They are coming back tomorrow to finish the sod.

UPDATED with more pics from different view & future garden bed! 6-16-10
Future Garden Bed. It will be about 4ft. deep by about 45ft. long.  The bricks that are there will be stood up & the wood by the fence will be a small back wall to keep dirt & mulch in the bed since we only have a chainlink fence there right now. The bricks are from the patio, so we are happy we can use some of what was left over. And boy do we need to spray those weeds coming through the fence or at least cut them down. (it's a wetlands area behind our fence)
If you want to know the landscapers information, please let me know. We would highly recommend him and his workers.
ETA: I guess I should have put the before pics from when we bought the house. Total transformation.

The pavers and stairs look great but isn't it amazing, the impact that the sod makes to the whole picture? It looks wonderful, you must be overjoyed! I know how long you've waited for real, live grass.  Congrats, it's beautiful.

Thanks everyone! So true how the sod makes such an impact to the yard. We now have color and not just brown dirt in the yard. It was a pleasure to open our windows this morning and see color and enjoy looking at our backyard now.

I was wondering what is that dark grey paver circle on the side of the house? Do you have something going there or is it for decoration? I never saw something like that.
