Thanks everyone! We are completely Proud, Thrilled & Excited about this project almost coming to an end at this point. Just some little things and then it will be done. 
The dark gray circle is just decoration just like the fans at the end of the driveway are decoration. We didn't want one big plan area of just the lighter gray in that area. In the back it's broken up by furniture and stuff so that is why we did the circle. HTH! 
Will update when more projects are finished!

awwwww thank you. I still can't believe how much has changed, for the better. We are completely proud of our home now. I look back on the transformation, and I can't believe we bought the house in the first place.  Thank god we saw a vision with this house.

Unified & bigger for sure. Great way to describe it actually. It was just so all over the place before this. We are happy that it's finally the way we want it now. I didn't really have a big vision when we started this project, so I'm glad it turned out the way we hoped it would.

I'm pretty sure our neighbors love us. thanks goddness we are all friendly with each other and have BBQ's at each others houses over the summer. It's fun. And we help each other out all the time. They love that we moved in. Now they get to look at a clean yard and they can enjoy your 2nd floor decks as well now. They didn't used to used their 2nd floor decks because of the previous owners. Who would want to look at the mess they had in their yard. Now it's calming!
