Honestly I did hear that but I only eat from 2 Carvels. One by me and one by my moms. both are cleaned every night. I have it once a week!! It's my Saturday night treat!!!
I love TCBY too but I am not sure if the one by me really cleans the machines, so I dont take the chance. I also wouldn't have soft serve ice cream from a truck or a mall or a place that I know is not clean.
But /i know mine is clean so I EAT AWAY!!!

i'm sorry, but i have never, ever heard of a single person getting sick from SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM.
has anyone else heard of this EVER happening to anyone?
i know that docs are just trying to be extra cautious, but at a certain point it just seems totally absurd and insane.
i say eat the ice cream.
and then go back and eat another one
