soooo i think im experiencing the 4 month sleep regression thing

for the past month my DD has been a great sleeper at night. but now that she's almost 4 months, its gone downhill.

1) i'll put her down in her crib when she's almost asleep and she'll fall asleep with the pacifier in her mouth, but then as soon as it falls out, she wakes up with her eyes wide open and putting the paci back in doesn't work anymore.

2) she needs to be rocked back to sleep instead of putting the paci back in her mouth. as soon as my DH or I pick her up, she's fast asleep and then we'll put her back down but she wakes up again.

3) it's getting so frustrating to have to keep going in her room to rock her or give her the pacifier. i've already gone up into her room countless times since putting her down at 7pm.

4) if we get tired of getting up every half hour to tend to her, we've been putting her in our bed with us and she'll sleep for hours without a fuss! we obviously don't want to make this a habit though.

anyone else going through this? what can we do to get our great night sleeper back again??

Are you sure it's not teething?

I thought my DD was going through that but it turned out to be teething. Baby Orajel is my savior!

DS is almost 4 months and getting up again. He was doing great STTN and now he's up twice a night.

DD was the same, maybe your putting her to bed too early, DD is 3.5 months and goes to bed anywhere from 830 to 1030, but i always give her a bottle at 1030 and she will sleep till like 5 or 6 then go back down till 8 or 830
