I've had luck at old navy, marshalls, macys, jcp, even ebay.

I bought one at Old Navy over the weekend. It's a *tiny* bit long, but not dragging or anything. I am 5'2".

Look at the deep discount places you won't want to admit wear it came from. I've gotten the best ones at Wal-mart & K-mart.

Old Navy online has a petite section so maybe try there. I just grabbed a racer back maxi & it fits great! I'm 5'2"
Also Gap just came out with what looks to be perfect.. It folds down so u can adjust the length & u can wear it as a dress or skirt.
