My mom hosts every year for the last 10 or so years now. She has 25-30 people and basically an open door policy to bring whoever needs a place to go, (as long as we give her notice so she can set a place). I've brought my in-laws a few times when they come from OOS. She literally starts setting the tables on Veteran's Day and her dining room is off limits! As my cousins have gotten married and had kids the number has grown over the years. It's really nice bc my 87 year old grandmother has 12 great grand kids and they will all be there on Thanksgiving.

We are hosting : ) I plan on having Thanksgiving at my own house every year when our kids are older so I might as well get the hang of it now. Giving the mother in law a much needed break this year as well.

Having a baby!!! Lol. We should be coming home from the hospital that week, so this year will be very low key for us-we will be home with our first baby :)
