I couldn't. It would break my heart hearing her cry like those babies were crying. You know they were crying like that because they just wanted their mommy and daddy.

Maybe. I would need to see the set up for myself and meet the teens. I don't know. Maybe if Grace was 5 months old, but not as a newborn.

No. No way, no how.
1. With an infant it takes one second... just one slip of the hand and that baby is on the floor. One angry, frustrated moment by some kid who doesn't have any attachment to my baby and irreversible damage could be done. Chances are slim.. but even a chance is too much for me.
2. I can't imagine having to explain to my older boys that mommy is giving them away for 3 days. They are bigger - but they are still developing their reasoning skills. The whole experiment may get them thinking I find them expendable? Maybe that's overreaching but I don't like the potential ramifications.
But then again - I'm not as laid back as I like to think.
