That's how I feel too. 
Moved out of my parents house when I got married at 28. We were on our own for 3 years, now I am living with my IL's.
One year down, one more to go.

im reading some of ur responses and they are way younger than i thought it would be....
i could have never moved out at 17, 20, 22 
apts were still a lot of $$ !!

Went away to college at 18, though the "official" residence was still with the folks. Came home for 2 years to go to graduate school and left for good at 24.
Same exact thing with me too!

WOW, I didn't think I'd be the only one but 15 - In and out, then for good at 16.
My mother and I didn't have the best relationship.
I had my 1st apartment just before I turned 17. I did live at my Grandparents for 6 months between apartments when I was 21.

20 went to school at ASU-moved back for about 1 week when I was 25, then got an apt with friends then moved in with my best friend and met DH

Moved out at 22 when my parents relocated to PA. It was hard at the time, but it's the best thing (for me) that could have happened. I miss them terribly, but it made me "grow up". Right after they left, I got engaged, married and bought a house.
I think I still would have been living with them today if they were here!

I moved out at 18 years old when I went away to college. After I graduated, I moved back home. I moved out again at 25 into my own apartment.

I was 25 when I moved out the first time, was out for 1.5 years and then moved back in. I was out again 1.5 years later. So, I guess officially it's 28. Man, I mooched for a long time!

Moved into the dorms at college at 18, came home for the summers, and lived at home for six months after graduation. Moved out for good at 22.

29. I think I'm the oldest so far!
Aside from the 5 years I was in college, but I came home for the summers.
I'm the youngest and the last to leave home, and I had an ideal setup. It was awesome living at home for so long.
Finally moved out when DH asked me to move in with him. We were just dating at that time. Was exciting and scary at the same time.
