spinoff of sorts to drinking at kid's parties
while i personally would serve beer & wine or whatever, isn't there a social host law in place?
i saw a lot of people write that even if the guests drove home drunk, it isn't the hosts issue.
but i thought there was some sort of law passed in 2008 where the host WOULD be held responsible if people drove home from the party drunk & caused an accident.
i'm searching for this on google currently
does anyone know?

I actually think you ARE responsible if someone leaves your house plastered. I know you are ethically responsible.. but for some reason I think there might be some legal ramifications too. I could be wrong.

I actually think you ARE responsible if someone leaves your house plastered. I know you are ethically responsible.. but for some reason I think there might be some legal ramifications too. I could be wrong.
I was thinking that too. Don't they cut pple off at bars for that reason. I could totally be wrong. I know it's def for minors.

i think maybe the underage drinking was apart of it, but i'm still looking...i could have sworn it had to do with adults, also
