Spinoff to bed/baths - square footage?
In in Nassau in a mere 1400 sq ft or so
ETS: Liveable space - not basement/garage.

I am in Virginia but I have a small 3bedroom, 1.5 bath.
I have 1260 sqft of livable space plus a 400 sqft garage

In nassau 5 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths 3200 square feet. Not including full basement, full attic and 2 car garage.

In Nassau, 4br, 3bth 2200sq ft not including the full finished basement.
With the basement it's just over 3000 sq ft. There's also a 1 car attached garage, which is another 200 sq ft.

We are in Nassau & have a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with 2300 sq ft not including our 1/4 basement & 1 car garage. Total house is just under 2400 sq ft

Suffolk, 7 bedrooms, 4 baths, 3000 s/f. No garage, though....  Full basement however.  It's actually a split-level basement. Because of the addition, we built the new basement deeper than the old half so we have taller ceilings, and 3 steps down from the old half to the new half.

1800 (I think  ) for a 3BR/2BA ranch - liveable space.
We also have a full basement (around 1600 sqft), attic and a 2 car garage (although it's more like a 1.5 by today's standards. But we have fit 2 cars in there in the past.)

no basements in florida
the homes we've been looking at are usually between 1800-2200 living sq feet - i don't want anything smaller than 1800...
