It depends on the year. One year I got (when I worked) 10%, another 40% and another 60%, but the average is 40% at the company. DH gets the same type of percentage, but usually 40% and monthly bonus' ontop of that as well which consists of 5% extra.
The company is amazing and we (well he is now) extrememly lucky.

We don't receive a "Christmas/holday bonus" Usually, our bonuses are distributed in February and are based upon performance on the individual and the company. It ranges as a percentage of your salary.

we get year end bonuses and they are paid out at the end of feb. Last year, I was only working at this job for 6 months and I got a pro-rated bonus which was 5% of my salary, this year, I think I should get between 10-12% of my salary

when I was staff at my company it was the same. I got promised nothing less than 10% of my salary, the first year I received about 15%, and the second all of a sudden the company was in the crapper a bit and we all got just 8%...booooooooooo!
Now, I get nada..we are doing secret santa with my production team for the xmas show..and my gift will be worth 25 bucks

I don't think professional people should get a bonus when they already get a salary. Just like service people should not get tips because they have "crappy" jobs

I have never gotten a bonus.
My old boss (who retired earlier this year) used to get us each Border's gift cards, which were nice. I don't anticipate getting anything this year.
DH usually gets 2 weeks worth of salary. But he has a new owner at his company, so I don't know what, if anything, he will get this year.
