Spinoff to epidural question - muscle spasms in upper back
When I came home after delivering I noticed that in the upper part of my back I occasionally got a tingling/spasm like sensation on the right side. I'm not sure if it was residual from the epidural or from pushing being I was hunched over and my back muscles were killing me after labor. I still get this sensation off and on especially when I am feeding the baby at night in bed b/c my back is kind of hunched over.
Has anyone else ever gotten this feeling? I am thinking about going to the chiropractor to see if that helps.
