If I felt like I looked a slob that day, yes, I would change--not into something extravagant, just something "decent." Honestly, being a SAHM for me is not a license to let myself go. I think my self-esteem would really be shot if I did, especially since I miss working and getting out into the world looking nice.
And maybe this is backward or whatever, but I DO care what my DH thinks of my appearance and I want to look nice for him.

No way. DS is 5 months old - I consider DH lucky if I don't have poop or spitup on me when he gets home.

I'm dressed during the day and wearing regular clothes, so no. The "sloppy" look for me is my daily headband, but I think it could be worse than that!

The past two days, I have actually done this, but only because I was filthy from working in the garden. I did feel like I was my Mom in 1950 though.

no i do try and brush my hair and teeth again so i look decent hehe but jeans and a shirt is what he gets and if hes lucky makeup hehe
