stains in brand new pantry cabinets?

We just got our kitchen redone in OCT of this year and we have a pantry made from cabinets and the the inside bottoms are some kind of laminite I beleive and there are purple blotchy stains on the bottoms of the cabinets only in the pantry. I cannot clean them as they seem to be underneath the surface. And we didnt not spill anything. Any idea of what this could be? my worst fear is mold. Anyhow they are guranteed for a year should I contact the cabinet mfg on this?

I would def contact the manufacturer. Also, can you try contacting the sales person at the store that you bought the cabinets? Not sure how helpful the store would be. Although I've been surprised in the past.
