Hello ladies, sorry about the updates, been real busy lately with work and a 10 month old...lol
I completed 7 days and stuck with that. I'm going on vacation on sunday and wanted to make sure I broke the fast here at home and not on the road.
It was not bad at all and I certainly plan on trying this again soon.
I went from 155lbs to 148 so I lost a total of 7lbs :)

Impressive results! I am doing South Beach and lost 5 lbs in 7 days. Maybe the Master Cleanse is something for me to try in the near future.

I'm starting the cleanse this morning, trying to see how it makes me feel and of course lose some poundage.
Took the tea last night - TRIED the salt water flush this morning. Wow I didnt realize it would be so difficult to drink. Haven't had any 'effects' yet but I couldn't get it all down. Surprised how the body reacts to it. I thought I could just chug it all down but I realized my chugging technique is 'fill mouth to the brim with liquid, then swallow' which doesnt work well if you want to not taste what you're drinking. I almost got all of it, with a few gags - I'd say I drank 3/4 of it which is good enough for me on day 1.

What is the salt water flush supposed to do? Is it supposed to clear out your colon like a colon cleanse? I never did any of this stuff before but I am intrigued.

Yeah, it pushes out all of the 'gunk' the the lemonade agitates around.

I'm doing OK. Better than I expected. It's more the emotional thing of, 'it's X o'clock, I should be having breakfast/lunch/dinner' now.
It's kind of free-ing not to worry about what's to eat, or the need to go food shopping, etc. 
So far I've lost 7 pounds in 2 days.

Can u share what you are drinking...and what is the tea? Did you buy it somewhere?

I'm using Smooth Move tea and I got it at GNC.
The drink is a combo of water, lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper.
If you visit this site there is lots of info on it and a message board. They recommend buying the book but I've gotten by without it.
