starting femara tonight...first time- update at bottom
i am excited and nervous...dr b says take for 5 days and then we go and see him next tuesday to see whats going on....we are just doing a medicated cycle but no iui yet. i feel more hopeful for this cycle..thanks for listening xoxo

Good luck!! I started on femara last cycle and I'm on my second cycle on it.
If you are lucky like I was, yon won't experience any side effects from it!!  (although I did get mild boob pain!!)

i wonder if thats a normal dose? ty

Did you get pregnant on your second IUI? What was your protocol?
I'm curious because I see Dr.B too and I will be having my second IUI this cycle!!

I was on one cycle of 5mg of Femera for 5 days and had an IUI and got PG the 1st try. Good luck!!!

I was on Femara for two cycles (same dosage as you and no side effects) and got pg on the second with twins! 
I hope you have the same success!

so i took it last night...and today totally puked at worked...sigh
i called dr. b's office and nurse said its common to feel nauseaus .... maybe its just me..every seems to say they had no side effects from it...
still gonna continue but whew what a day! lol

 Sorry you had such a bad side effect, especially during the day! I'm surprised, sine you said you took it last night!
Maybe your body just needs to adjust.... I hope you have a better experience tomorrow!!
