Switching to Optimum voice - some questions
did you have to pay a one time fee to Cablevision of $40 to keep your #
also, do they need to install anything in your house for the phone? if so, how long did it take?

Re: Switching to Optimum voice - some questions
i believe the fee is $75 to take your #
and if you don't go online through them they have to give you a box, we already did so they just did a few things and we were done, it was no big deal
